Does this shop work worldwide?

No, this service is only available for Polish students and exchange students in Poland. We do not offer shipping outside of Poland.

Will I receive my ESNcard number immediately after payment?

No, you will receive your number within a few days during your appointment at the ESN office.

How long will I need to wait for my card?

It typically takes a few days. We strive to process cards as soon as possible. If you're in a hurry, please contact your local ESN section. You can visit the office to collect your card once payment has been made.

What should I do with my ESNcard number?

You should register your card at ESNcard.org and collect your physical card from the office if you haven't done so already.

From what date is my card valid?

Your ESNcard is valid from the date of your payment order.

I'm a Polish student, can I get an ESNcard?

Only ESN mentors (Buddies) can obtain an ESNcard. Outgoing Polish students are not eligible.

Where can I get a mentor code?

You can obtain your mentor code from your local ESN section. Please ask the coordinator for assistance.

How much does the ESNcard cost?

The current price is displayed on the website when you select your delivery method.

Can I receive my card by post?

Postal delivery via InPost is only available in cities without an ESN office.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments via card and PayPal. We do not accept cash payments.

When will I need to pay?

You will pay when we send you the payment link.

Can I pay at the ESN office?

Unfortunately, payment at the office is not possible. If you don't have a card in Poland, you can ask a friend to help you with the payment.

Is the ESNcard digital only?

No, the ESNcard is primarily a physical card that you should collect from the ESN office after payment. The card number alone is not sufficient.

How do I collect my card?

Visit the ESN office during office hours. You can find office hours on your section's Instagram page. If there are no posted office hours, send a direct message to your section.

What should I do after collecting my card?

Register your card at ESNcard.org to activate all your benefits and discounts.
